GOVERNOR'S CUP GOLD MEDAL FOR THREE CONSECUTIVE YEARS AND "CASE" WINNER! This traditional Bordeaux-style wine is a blend of 41% Merlot, 37% Petit Verdot and 22% Cabernet Sauvignon. Aged 2 years in 25% new French oak barrels. This is a beautifully balanced wine with evolving red fruit aromatics and good complexity, rich tannin structure and a long finish.
Vin Doux Naturel (in French) is our port-style wine. Made from Malbec and Tannat grapes, aged in neutral barrels for two years and glass demi-johns for five years, it is fortified with brandy made from our own distilled wines. This is a sweet red fortified wine. 20% alcohol and 9% residual sugar.
