Italian for “tiny bubbles,” the Bollicine dry sparkling wine is a blend of 30% Pinot Noir and 70% Chardonnay. A classic combination of yeasty toast notes with bright fresh apple. Aged in our cave for almost 2 years in the bottle, hand-riddled and made in the traditional method champenoise.
100% estate-grown Gewurztraminer. Fermented with skin contact in stainless steel tank. No malolactic fermentation. 1% residual sugar. Warm spice notes with hints of rose petal and lychee nuts.
100% Chardonnay, fermented half in in neutral barrels and half in steel tanks. This wine has nice bright acidity and yet soft mouthfeel from barrel aging. No malolactic fermentation.
