100 % estate-grown Tannat. 2019 was a great vintage, providing good balance of the fruit and nice round, rich structure. Aged 34 months in barrel. Tannat has a tendency to retain a lot of acidity so the long aging helps build a good balance between high tannin and high acidity. Only 70 cases produced.
